Ludger Pfanz

Ludger Pfanz has made documentaries and productions for public institutions across the world as a freelance director, author and producer.
He wrote several screenplays for feature films and developed a children's film format. He has been teaching film at the University of Design at ZKM in Karlsruhe since 1997 and teaches worldwide in German, English and Spanish in countries such as China, Singapore, Zimbabwe, Brazil, USA, Japan and many European countries. Since 2011 he has been the founder and director of the international festival "BEYOND" and the "Future Design Symposium". He was elected German cultural and creative pilot in 2012 and in the same year his festival "BEYOND" received the award "Germany Land of Ideas".
